Welcome to TasteShot (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the TasteShot website, app, or related services (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

1. Description of Service

TasteShot allows users to upload food images and receive AI-enhanced, delivery-ready photos optimized for platforms such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, and social media.

2. Account & Access

To use TasteShot, you may need to create an account or sign in via Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

• The free plan includes a limited number of image credits.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

4. User Content

By uploading images, you grant TasteShot a limited license to process, enhance, and store your content solely for providing the Service. You retain full ownership of your original photos. TasteShot does not sell or share your uploaded content with third parties.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use TasteShot to upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing material. Any misuse may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific commercial results or uninterrupted operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TasteShot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
